Using a small quantity of scenic water, melt it by placing in a container in hot water. I use tubes with lids for ease of use.

Add a drop of food colouring and mix.

Once melted, carefully pour scenic water into the jelly mould, filling it to the top and creating a rounded top.

Leave to set. For ease of removal, place in fridge for an hour.

Gently prise the jelly out of the mould and put on your plate.

Decorate with cream and fruit slices, if wished
