^{Present Address - Quality with a Difference - began when I started making dolls house dressers full of Christmas accessories, not for the miniature world but for a friend to sell in his gift shop. The first Christmas they sold like hot cakes so the next year I made Christmas " room pictures" full of furniture & decorations. They also sold well to people who did not have room for a dolls house but liked miniatures. I even helped to sell them at Christmas & Country fairs.}

_{The next year I did a few dolls house fairs preparing dressed furniture & that's when I saw I gap in the market & I progressed to lighting pieces.}

_{After sourcing materials & extensive research into history & period details I can get the exact colours & decoration right. I now know my way around the Georgian, Regency and Victorian eras. This is valuable information as I am always being asked for this kind of detail at the fairs.}

_{I paint, light & gilt all my fireplaces. Paint, light & tile all my ranges.}

_{I also do a wider range of furniture, all in 1/12th, but it is all hand painted or dressed in some way. This way every body gets a different, individual piece of furniture and I do not get bored doing the same thing over & over. Some pieces are one offs, but I will do repeats by request.}
